Emily Garcia
Digital Marketing & Brand Manager
Emily is the creative force behind much of the content we deliver for our clients. From social media posts and email campaigns to press releases and presentations, she tailors each piece to meet the unique needs of every client. One of Emily’s favorite things about working at Hello Digital is the variety—she collaborates with businesses across industries, including salons, gyms, preschools, medical centers, and even heavy machinery companies. This diversity allows her to connect with a wide range of industry leaders and their audiences. In today’s world, where people rely on social media for everything—entertainment, education, discovery, and connection—Emily is passionate about helping businesses uncover their unique value and share it effectively in the digital space.
Emily earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Iowa State University and now lives in Ankeny, Iowa, with her husband and two sons. While she jokes that she doesn’t have many hobbies, she spends her free time catching up with family on the phone or enjoying quality time with her loved ones. For Emily, one of the most rewarding aspects of her role is building meaningful relationships with clients and helping their businesses grow.
Ashley Bass
Business & Client Manager
Ashley is the backbone of organization at Hello Digital, thriving on structure and clear communication. As our go-to scheduler and taskmaster, she keeps our “to-do list” running smoothly. Ashley spends her days crafting captions for clients, scheduling content, reporting on performance, and even heading out for on-location content shoots that bring a personal and creative touch to our work. What she loves most about Hello Digital is the strong relationships we build with our clients and the incredible variety of businesses we serve—each one unique, authentic, and inspiring in its own way. Although the digital marketing world is new to her, Ashley has embraced it wholeheartedly. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Coe College, she spent 16 years as a kindergarten teacher before joining our team. Transitioning to a role where she collaborates with driven, empowered women has been, in her words, “a dream.”
Based in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Ashley lives with her two children and their dog. As an extrovert with a love for connection (and an introverted side that appreciates downtime), she enjoys making memories with her kids, attending live music and Broadway shows, exploring the outdoors, hiking, camping, and savoring quieter moments with a good book, a cozy coffee shop, or a relaxing spa day.
Kim Greiner
SEO Specialist
At Hello Digital, Kim focuses on boosting our clients’ organic visibility on search engines like Google. Her mission is to drive more traffic, deliver value, and ultimately help turn website visitors into loyal customers. Kim has a special appreciation for social media—not only as a way to connect with new people but also as a constantly evolving space that can be tailored to fit anyone’s interests. Plus, with its growing role as a search tool, social media adds even more value to businesses looking to reach their audience. For Kim, one of the best parts of working with Hello Digital is the flexibility, but even more so, collaborating with a powerhouse team of women who are dedicated to helping clients grow.
Kim lives in Overland Park, Kansas, with her fiancé, and they’re getting married this December! Their lovable goldendoodle keeps life full of joy (and fur). Outside of optimizing websites, Kim is always on the move. A lifelong volleyball player, she still finds time to hit the court, stay active, and work out. She also loves tackling puzzles, enjoying the outdoors, getting lost in a great book, or relaxing with a cocktail in hand. Kim earned a double major in Apparel Merchandising and Business Administration with a Marketing concentration from Dominican University near Chicago.
Hannah Hinkel
Digital Marketing Specialist
Hannah is our go-to expert for all things digital marketing. She builds ad campaigns, manages monthly reporting, and supports community management for some of our larger clients. She’s also diving into our PR, press, and influencer management offerings—a growing area of marketing that every brand should tap into in today’s social-savvy world. Hannah loves being part of the Hello Digital team because it gives her the chance to expand her expertise in digital marketing while collaborating with an incredible group of driven women.
A recent graduate of the University of Iowa, Hannah earned her B.B.A. in Marketing Management with a minor in dance. She now lives in sunny Scottsdale, Arizona, where she soaks up the outdoors whenever she can. Whether hiking, reading by the pool, or enjoying a meal on a patio, she’s happiest outside. At home, her dog Baxter keeps her company with enough personality to make up for being an only child. In her downtime, Hannah loves Pilates, online shopping, and rewatching her favorite episodes of Gossip Girl.

Ashley specializes in growing our clients’ social media presence through community management and engagement. She focuses on fostering real, human-to-human connections because authentic engagement is what drives true growth. Building integrity, trust, and authenticity are at the heart of her approach—key ingredients for helping businesses thrive. Ashley loves being part of the Hello Digital team because of its supportive and flexible environment, where everyone genuinely cares about each other and works together to bring out the best in every client.
Ashley lives in Marion with her husband, son, and three dogs. Despite her busy schedule, she treasures any time she can spend with her family and furry companions. She earned her A.A.S. in Exercise Science from Kirkwood College and her Bachelor’s in Kinesiology from Coe College. She’s now back at Coe, pursuing another Bachelor’s in Health and Physical Education. For Ashley, one of the things she loves most about social media is how it helps people stay connected—whether with family, friends, or local events—and discover what their favorite businesses are up to.
Katie Lipsett
Director of Marketing & Advertising
Katie is the founder and CEO of Hello Digital, where she leads the team with a focus on Social Media Advertising and Brand Strategy. With over a decade of experience in digital marketing, Katie started Hello Digital from the ground up after leaving her corporate marketing agency role as a social media marketer. Her approach is all about creating marketing that feels human and authentic. Strategically, Katie is value-driven and energy-focused, working to build meaningful connections that fuel growth for clients.
Based in Marion, Iowa, Katie lives with her husband, two kids, a dog, and two cats. An introvert who enjoys the occasional extroverted moment, she thrives on the flexibility and freedom of running a business from her home office—athleisure dress code included. When she’s not working, Katie is busy being an unpaid Uber driver for her kids, attending live music events, exploring new books, and traveling to immerse herself in history and culture. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Communications with minors in Public Relations and Marketing from the University of Northern Iowa.
